As a result of expansion and growth across the region this Magic Circle law firm is looking to hire a curious minded and enthusiastic junior corporate associate to its busy Singapore office. In this role the successful applicant will be advising corporates and financial institutions on a range of public and private M&A transactions, IPO, venture capital funds, general corporate and regulatory work.
Possessing excellent academic credentials and admitted to practice at the Singapore Bar, candidates will have between NQ-2 years PQE (UK scale). Experience within a top tier firm would be advantageous while it is essential that you will be an excellent communicator with a strong technical skill set. Comfortable working in a collegiate team environment, you will be looking to become involved in marketing & BD activities while also keen to develop your use of technology in a legal context.
Benefitting from immediate responsibility and direct partner / client contact, in addition to ongoing training & development, you will become part of one of the very best corporate teams in Asia-Pacific region, advising on a mix of corporate strategic transactions and financial sponsor deals across Southeast Asia for the financial services, consumer and technology sectors.
