The Role

We have been mandated by a major US law firm to locate an aspiring junior arbitration associate (1-3 PQE) for its expanding Hong Kong practice. 

The Detail

Acting for a plethora of financial institutions and corporates on complex multi-jurisdictional disputes, the work offered spans international court litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration across a wide range of industry sectors.

Applicants will possess a superb academic pedigree and have developed their experience to date within a directory rated disputes/arbitration practice. Full fluency in Mandarin & English is essential as is the ability to take on individual responsibility for work, within what is a dynamic and robust environment.
