A well-established and award-winning law firm in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Property Litigation Lawyer to work on a caseload of contentious matters. Offered on a full-time, permanent basis, this property litigation role is a strategic hire and offers up to £50,000 per year.

Your New Role

Key duties of the Property Litigator will include:

Advising clients on a range of property litigation matters

Handling a caseload of both residential and commercial property disputes

Taking an active involvement in business development and marketing for the department

About You

If you have specialist Property Litigation experience and you are used to working and advising on such matters, this may be the role for you. Ideally, the firm seeks a Lawyer with around 5+ years of PQE and experience of business development.


In return, the Property Litigation Solicitor will be offered up to £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, and access to an excellent bonus scheme.
